About the role

As an Associate Solutions Engineer at Cyncly, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of the go to market strategy by collaborating closely with our Sales, Product, and Professional Services teams to understand client requirements, showcase the capabilities of our products, and ensure successful implementations. This role combines technical expertise with strong communication skills to deliver a seamless experience for our clients.

Associate Solutions Engineers work in concert with the Sales team and prospect to understand customer outcomes and bring those to life through the sales process by participating in the Discovery process, demonstration of the technology and additional solutioning and/or support that is required thereafter.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Engage with sales and prospect in initial Discovery conversations to understand the prospect’s business needs and technical requirements.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical guidance during the pre-sales process including, but not limited to, recommendations on software, add on opportunities and positioning of the solution.
  • Develop tailored adoption plans for potential customers aligned with Product roadmaps, Professional Services and Customer Success teams.
  • Deliver engaging and informative demonstrations to stakeholders and senior leadership in the target audience.
  • Become a trusted advisor to prospect’s decision makers throughout the engagement.
  • Articulate the value proposition of our SaaS solutions, addressing technical queries and concerns.
  • Strategically position how customers will evaluate success criteria and obtain ROI through the use of the Cyncly software.

  • Collaborate closely with Sales team members in pipeline management for prospects.
  • Help ensure vertical sales budget is met quarter-on-quarter.
  • Work closely with Sales to craft compelling proposal responses to RFP/RFI.
  • Create and maintain pre-sales documentation, demos and environments for different use cases.
  • Engage and collaborate with cross functional teams to provide product feedback and roadmap opportunities upon request.
  • As needed, provide support and guidance during onboarding to ensure customers derive value from Cyncly products and solutions.
  • Collaborate with Professional Services and Customer Success teams to design and execute customized adoption plans based on customer needs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in a role such as entry level Professional Services Consultant, Customer Success, Sales Associate, or Customer Support role.
  • Prior experience in the support of SaaS software solutions for customers of varying sizes and industries.
  • Kitchen, bathroom and/or furniture retail knowledge is highly advantageous.

  • Ability to travel for onsite consulting engagements as needed.
  • Partners with manager and senior team members to identify solutions for complex customer needs.
  • Seeks approval and guidance from leadership as needed in development of solutions and customer presentations.

In accordance with applicable pay transparency laws, we are committed to providing clear and equitable compensation information. For this remote position, the expected salary range is $45,000-$49,000 USD, depending on location, experience, and qualifications. This role may also be eligible for additional compensation such as bonuses, commissions, or equity, as well as a comprehensive benefits package. Candidates applying from jurisdictions with specific pay disclosure requirements (e.g., California, Colorado, New York, Washington, Illinois, British Columbia) will receive location-specific compensation details in compliance with local laws.
