About the Role

The Sales Operations Specialist will play a critical role in supporting the global WDG sales organization across APAC, EMEA, and North America.

This position is focused on driving operational excellence across sales through reporting, analytics, pipeline management, financial tracking, and process optimization. You will act as a key partner to sales leadership, helping improve visibility into performance while ensuring consistency and discipline across sales operations.

This is a highly cross-functional role, working closely with Sales, Finance, Customer Success, and Marketing teams globally.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Reporting & Analytics

  • Build, maintain, and continuously improve sales reporting dashboards and KPIs
  • Track pipeline health, conversion rates, win/loss trends, and forecasting accuracy
  • Deliver regular reporting on sales performance across regions and segments
  • Support leadership with insights to drive strategic decision-making

Pipeline & Forecast Management

  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of pipeline data within CRM systems
  • Monitor deal progression and stage movement across global regions
  • Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecast cycles
  • Partner with sales leaders to improve forecasting discipline and predictability

Financial & Commercial Performance Support

  • Assist with tracking revenue performance against targets
  • Support analysis of bookings, renewals, expansion, and churn trends
  • Provide visibility into sales performance that informs P&L and financial planning
  • Partner with Finance to align sales reporting with financial metrics

Sales Process & CRM Optimization

  • Maintain CRM data integrity and enforce best practices across teams
  • Drive adoption and effective usage of Salesforce and sales engagement tools
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and reduce administrative burden for sales
  • Support implementation of new tools, processes, and sales methodologies

Global Sales Coordination & Support

  • Act as a central coordination point across APAC, EMEA, and NAM sales teams
  • Support execution of global sales initiatives and operational rollouts
  • Assist with territory planning, account segmentation, and coverage models
  • Provide operational support for key strategic accounts and initiatives

Operational Excellence

  • Create standardized reporting, templates, and documentation
  • Support sales cadence (QBRs, pipeline reviews, forecasting calls)
  • Ensure alignment between Sales, Customer Success, and other internal stakeholders
  • Help drive accountability and consistency across the global sales organization

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or Revenue Operations
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
  • Strong proficiency with Excel and reporting tools
  • Experience supporting global or multi-region sales teams is a plus
  • Solid understanding of SaaS or enterprise sales environments
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
