Mozaik Software is a global leading provider of manufacturing solutions for the custom cabinet industry. Our software offers end-to-end solutions for planning, designing, visualizing, and manufacturing cabinetry projects, optimizing production on CNC machinery.
The Role:
We are seeking an experienced CNC Post Integrator to support customers in connecting Mozaik to their CNC machinery. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with CNC machines, a solid understanding of G-code, and the ability to guide customers through the integration process in a clear and structured way. This role requires someone who can translate technical machine and software interactions into simple, actionable steps, ensuring customers can confidently move from design to production.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Lead CNC integration sessions with new customers following purchase
- Gather required information including machine type, controller, tooling, and sample G-code
- Configure and validate post processors for a range of CNC machines including nested-based routers, point-to-point machines, beam saws, and six-sided drilling machines
- Guide customers through the full workflow from Mozaik to machine output
- Train customers on key concepts including the optimizer, tooling libraries, and file generation
- Test and verify G-code output to ensure correct machining behaviour
- Troubleshoot machine-side issues and resolve post processor related problems
- Apply structured, methodical troubleshooting including trial and error and process of elimination
- Collaborate with the Post Processor team for advanced configurations and edge cases
- Provide ongoing technical support for CNC-related queries post onboarding
- Representing Mozaik at industry trade shows if/as needed
Qualifications(Preferred):
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
- Strong understanding of Woodworking CNC machinery and how it operates
- Ability to read and interpret G-code confidently
- Hands-on experience with Woodworking CNC machines in a manufacturing environment
- Clear communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts simply
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a structured and methodical approach
- Ability to run remote sessions with customers and guide them step by step
