Job Title: Senior Pl Renewals Operations Analyst

Location: Brazil (hybrid or remote)

Employment Type: Full-Time, Salaried

Hours: North American business hours across all time zones, including Daylight Saving Time (EST/EDT, CST/CDT, MST/MDT, PST/PDT). North American statutory holiday schedule will be followed.

Role Overview:

Reporting to the Manager, Renewals Specialist, NAM, this role focuses on maximizing subscription renewals for SMB customers across North America. It involves cross-functional collaboration and direct customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and exceed monthly / annual renewal targets
  • Engage customers pre- and post-renewal to secure retention
  • Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities for Sales
  • Maintain accurate CRM records
  • Collaborate across teams to improve customer satisfaction and share feedback

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years in a customer-facing role (e.g., Customer Success, Account Management)
  • Proven track record in customer retention and satisfaction
  • Strong interpersonal, listening, and teamwork skills
  • Fluent in English and French
  • Available across all North American time zones and able to follow North American calendar for statutory holiday schedule.
  • CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce, Totango)
  • Bachelor’s degree and SaaS experience preferred
