About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Website Support Specialist to join our growing team in São Paulo.
In this role, you will collaborate with a team of specialists using monday.com to support and maintain thousands of client websites. You will manage website update requests, create landing pages, implement promotions, and ensure high-quality execution across multiple CMS platforms while maintaining strong QA standards.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and execute website update requests through monday.com while ensuring all required information is collected before starting work
• Implement website changes including promotions, landing pages, content updates, and image changes across multiple CMS platforms
• Build and maintain webpages using CMS platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, Squarespace, and similar tools
• Ensure all website updates align with brand guidelines, design standards, and client expectations
• Perform detailed QA checks to ensure accuracy, functionality, responsiveness, and consistency
• Optimize websites for desktop, tablet, and mobile responsiveness
• Collaborate closely with internal teams including Account Management, Onboarding, and Support
• Communicate clearly when clarifications or additional recommendations are required
• Manage multiple tickets simultaneously in a fast-paced and high-volume environment
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, reduce errors, and increase efficiency
Required Experience & Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in website support, web design, or front-end development
• Hands-on experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, Squarespace, or similar
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS for troubleshooting and minor coding adjustments
• Strong attention to detail with a strong quality assurance mindset
• Ability to follow design standards while also making thoughtful design decisions when needed
• Experience working with ticketing or project management systems, preferably monday.com
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to manage a high volume of requests efficiently
• Basic understanding of SEO principles and website performance best practices
• Experience using design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
