About the role

The role of the Documentation Specialist is to play a central role to create and update all kinds of documentation for our software product solutions.The role includes checking and improving existing documentation.

The Documentation Specialist will write, publish and distribute customer friendly documents, including release notes, guides and knowledgebases of help articles. The role handles the translation organisation and process of these documents using translation software. The Documentation Specialist should be ready with all the required documentation by “Go to Market” for the new releases and will maintain documentation to keep it up-to-date.

As well as written articles the role can include the creation of videos, in-app help guides and other digital material where appropriate. The Specialist will maintain Documentation Department standards to ensure consistency across the company.

Availability from 12:30 pm IST to 9:30 pm IST is a requirement for this role

• Familiar with the creation of video tutorials and other modern communications

Nice to have:

• Experience in some of Cyncly’s products is desirable
• Experience with the creation of documentation across different media (graphics, videos) including in-app help guides
• Experience of using machine translation software tools
• Knowledge of the furniture industry
• Fluency in other European languages (Italian, French, German, Spanish)
