About the role
As a Content QA Engineer, you will be testing the content i.e. objects required in the designing of Rooms, Kitchen, Bathroom, doors/windows, decorative items, tiles etc. in the web based or desktop-based designing tool. Testing will be manual or automatic. Content QA involves testing such as placement, appearance, behavior of the objects in the design.


Key Position Responsibilities Include:

  • Test content within the application to ensure compatibility and performance.
  • Troubleshoot and raise content-related issues.
  • Analyzing the requirement specific to customer.
  • Conduct workshops or feedback sessions to validate content accuracy and usability.
  • Collaborate with content author and support teams to resolve reported content issues.
  • Document support cases, solutions, and best practices in our knowledge base.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues.
  • Participate in the improvement of support processes and tools.


Required Experience and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Design, Architecture, or related field, along with a QA certification from a recognized institution.
  • Should be familiar with Software Testing Life Cycle.
  • 0-2 years of Experience in Automated/Manual testing, Unit testing, Smoke Testing, and quality engineering practices.
  • Good working knowledge of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) practices using Azure DevOps or similar tools.
  • Able to analyze Test Scenarios, design Test cases, and defect analysis, defect report.
  • Strong troubleshooting, debugging, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a global work environment.
  • Knowledge of MS Excel and other productivity tools.

Good to Have:

  • Familiarity with interior design standards and product specifications.
