Imagine being a vital contributor to a dynamic Accounts Receivable team that's dedicated to delivering an exceptional financial experience for both our company and valued customers. As the Accountant II, you'll hold a pivotal position within this collaborative team, driving the seamless flow of receivables while also expanding your skill set through cross-training opportunities. This role is stationed at our Lehi, Utah office, offering a hybrid schedule that includes Tuesdays and Wednesdays on-site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Performing cash applications within the Admin system and NetSuite
  • Conducting reconciliations of cash accounts
  • Executing deposit procedures within NetSuite
  • Managing imports into NetSuite
  • Assisting with merchant processes
  • Reconciling NetSuite transactions with bank deposits
  • Generating payment batches to clear the undeposited account
  • Carrying out diverse GL reconciliations
  • Fulfilling month-end closing tasks as per stipulated deadlines
  • Offering internal and external support for inquiries related to cash application

Necessary Credentials

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Past related work experience in Accounting/Finance
  • 2+ years of experience with reconciling AR accounts
  • Proficient with NetSuite system
  • Expert knowledge of MS Excel
  • Experience with month-end close
