As a Business Intelligence Developer, you will work closely with business partners to understand data, business challenges, and deliver data insights using the enterprise data warehouse. You will analyze data using SQL, identify and propose alternative questions, and design BI applications to deliver business capability. You will be required to quickly learn DigiCert’s business model, business vision and the associated analytical/reporting requirements. A successful candidate will be curious about the business and the data that enables it.


  • Analyze and profile data using SQL and BI Tools
  • Understanding the business requirements and deliver on business and data insights for the business function you are assigned
  • Create BI reports and dashboards as well as present reporting and findings to stakeholders
  • Update BI, dashboards, and reports as per the business requirements
  • Assist team members in implementing and maintaining best practices and standards
  • Push the team to higher standards and adopt innovative ideas to deliver on insights and analytics


  • Strong business acumen and track record of delivering on Sales, Marketing, and other business functions.
  • 3+ years of experience as a business intelligence developer with a track record of delivering well documented data deliverables
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or business field is required
  • Substantial experience in data warehousing / Information Management, preferably at scale
  • Expert level SQL skills
  • 3+ years of experience working with BI tools like MicroStrategy, Tableau, etc
  • Familiarity with Informatica, FiveTran, or other ETL tools
  • Experience in Agile development methodology
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, influencing, prioritization, decision- making and conflict resolution skills
  • Critical thinker with an attention to detail


  • Experience with Python and Data Science delivering on key business analysis using AI and ML
  • Experience with big data tools such as Databricks, Snowflake etc
  • Experience with low code platform development
  • Application server development in Python/Node.JS preferred
