We’re a leading, global security authority that’s disrupting our own category. Our encryption is trusted by the major ecommerce brands, the world’s largest companies, the major cloud providers, entire country financial systems, entire internets of things and even down to little things like surgically embedded pacemakers. We help companies put trust—an abstract idea—to work. That’s digital trust for the real world.
We’re looking for a Web Designer & Publisher who wants to create digital experiences that stop people in their tracks, yet keeps them scrolling and may even change how they think about things like online security, the value of identity and how digital trust works.
You’ll work directly with and report to Senior Design Lead to develop and execute new web elements, sites and experiences. You’ll also work with the Digital Strategy Director and a team of web producers, developers and creatives to help you translate ideas into narratives that educate, inform, compel action. It’s a collaborative group that is engaged, encouraging and focused on creating successful work. No drama here.
You’re a budding designer with a solid understanding of web design fundamentals. You might be a tinkerer, manipulating templates to work the way you want them to. You frequent awwwards.com and often send a link to other friends who appreciate great design and dev work. You might know Adobe Experience Manager already, but it’s not required. We will train and mentor you in AEM and other systems we use.
We show up curious every day. We ask tons of questions and value questions more than definitive answers. We encourage you to bring your whole creative self to the work. We believe that creativity isn’t something you switch on and off during work hours, so we share inspiration and outside interests across the team. We constantly challenge our assumptions and what’s possible in our category and in modern marketing models.
We hustle. We run like an agency, but we don’t do timesheets, track PTO or force allegiance to the cult of agency. We pitch new ideas all the time. We drive the work ourselves.
Bring it. We do work that adds to our portfolios and wins global awards like our 2021 Drum B2B Award. If your book needs help, this is a great place to be.
You’re not prima donna. You don’t fall in love with your first idea. You know that ideas can fix everything—even bad ideas. You show up, own your effort, set goals and work toward them.
3-years (minimum) experience at an agency, digital marketing dept or comparable role
Art-ish degree in graphic design, advertising, or similar is required
Portfolio with websites required
Some experience creating online content
