We are in the market for an Associate Customer Experience Specialist with proficiency in Swiss-German or German.

As Associate Customer Experience Specialist you will engage with external customers and internal stakeholders through various communication channels, execute DigiCert's validation process according to internal documentation, and analyse validation test-data to determine whether systems or processes have met validation criteria.


  • Processing customer inquiries via telephone and email
  • Authenticating people, companies and applications
  • Face to face identifications
  • Assisting with internal and external audits


  • Written and verbal proficiency in Swiss-German or German and English (essential)
  • Completed commercial apprenticeship
  • Experience Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • Detail-orientation, aptitude to learn, high level of self-motivation, high degree of curiosity and ability to work independently
  • Communicative personality and a team-player
  • Open to new challenges and out-of-the-box thinker
  • Previous experience in customer service (advantageous)
  • Written and verbal proficiency in French and/or Italian (advantageous)
