Who we are

We're a leading, global security authority that's disrupting our own category. Our encryption is trusted by the major ecommerce brands, the world's largest companies, the major cloud providers, entire country financial systems, entire internets of things and even down to the little things like surgically embedded pacemakers. We help companies put trust - an abstract idea - to work. That's digital trust for the real world.

As a Product Strategy & Operations Manager at DigiCert, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic and operational initiatives within the Product organization and across DigiCert. Reporting to the VP of Product Strategy & Operations, you will help shape and drive initiatives across Go-To-Market (GTM), New Product Introduction (NPI), Product Led Growth (PLG), M&A, and more to deliver on DigiCert’s growth, efficiency, and profitability goals.

The ideal candidate brings a broad skillset from management consulting, corporate/BU strategy, or business planning roles in B2B technology/SaaS. Domain knowledge of security, cloud, and IoT highly desired. You have a successful track record of taking strategic and operational initiatives from concept to outcomes while demonstrating thought leadership, influence, and cross-functional scale across Product Management, Engineering/CTO, Marketing, Sales, Finance, etc.

You are a strategic, out of the box thinker and a leader; you have often elevated existing capabilities or created new ones. You are a doer who rolls up sleeves and navigates problems and challenges with resourcefulness and tenacity. You have a deep appreciation of DigiCert’s strategic goals and the ability to translate them into a portfolio of product centric initiatives to deliver short-term and long-term value.

  • Refine or define the Product organization’s processes, templates, dashboards, and operating cadence to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Establish visibility, accountability, and control across all of the above through KPIs/metrics, analytics, insights, and governance

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in a strategy & operations, Corporate/BU strategy, or business planning role, ideally in B2B SaaS
  • Proven track record of successfully taking complex, cross-functional initiatives from ideation to outcomes
  • Demonstrated ability to build and leverage cross-functional relationships with product, marketing, field, and revenue/finance teams in particular
  • Ability to integrate and trade-off external and internal perspectives to build ambitious yet pragmatic plans
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, storytelling, and influencing skills to create and communicate plans to diverse stakeholders; drive alignment as well as excitement
