Who we are

We're a leading, global security authority that's disrupting our own category. Our encryption is trusted by the major ecommerce brands, the world's largest companies, the major cloud providers, entire country financial systems, entire internets of things and even down to the little things like surgically embedded pacemakers. We help companies put trust - an abstract idea - to work. That's digital trust for the real world.

  • Drive our product strategy by identifying and validating product opportunities, prototyping and iterating potential solutions, and managing the product roadmap.
  • Own the user experience end-to-end, including identifying and prioritizing the use cases/scenarios we need to solve for, mapping user flows, building wireframes, etc.
  • Work with the design team to create user interfaces that deliver the planned user experience while also creating opportunities for upselling/cross-selling.
  • Manage product development throughout the product lifecycle to ensure that we’re building a product that will effectively meet our customers’ needs.
  • Partner with sales and marketing to build go-to-market plans for product and feature launches.
  • Partner with content and support teams to ensure that product documentation, in-app content, and support capabilities will fulfill our customers’ expectations.
  • Collect and analyze data (on customers, market, product usage, etc.) to use data-driven decision-making to achieve product goals.
  • Track product success metrics (usage, retention, revenue, etc.) and iterate on the product and go-to-market plan to grow revenue, adoption, and customer satisfaction.

What you will have

The ideal candidate will have technical experience with web servers/web hosting and an entrepreneurial, hands-on approach to building products.

  • 10 + years of relevant experience, either in a product role, or in other roles where you were leading the building of websites/software/web apps/etc.)
  • Hands-on experience/knowledge in one or more related technical areas (Linux or Windows servers, website administration, web development, web hosting).
  • Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial/startup/multiple-hat-wearing environment.
  • Knowledge of usability and user experience (UX) concepts and best practices.
  • Experience using tools such as Balsamiq, Figma, or MockFlow to build user flows, wireframes, etc.
  • Familiar with the software development lifecycle and experienced managing web/software development projects.
  • Ability to collect, analyze, and extract actionable insights from data using both web/product analytics tools (such as Google Analytics, HotJar, Microsoft Clarity, etc.) and BI tools (such as PowerBI, Pandas, etc.)
  • Experience conducting market and customer research, including conducting user interviews, etc.
