Job Summary

As a Marketing Operations Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving data-driven decision-making within our marketing team. You will build and maintain interactive dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and reliability through rigorous testing and quality assurance. Your role will involve creating visualizations such as charts, graphs, and tables, and facilitating data-based discussions with internal stakeholders to assess the performance of campaigns and assets.

What you will do

  • Build and maintain interactive dashboards; prepare data and ensure data hygiene; create various types of visualizations such as charts, graphs, and tables to represent the data; and conduct regular testing to ensure accuracy and reliability of the dashboards' data and functionality
  • Regularly meet with internal stakeholders to understand their data needs, address their feedback, and facilitate data-based discussions regarding the performance of a campaign or asset
  • Dashboard Design & Development: Build and maintain interactive dashboards with drilldown capabilities, filters, parameters, to enable users to explore the data dynamically
  • Visualization: Use our reporting software's features to create various types of visualizations such as charts, graphs, and tables to represent the data
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct testing to ensure accuracy and reliability of the dashboard's data and functionality
  • Documentation: Document the dashboard design, data sources, and any relevant processes
  • Data Preparation: Clean, transform, and prepare the data for visualization to ensure accuracy and relevance

What you will have

  • 5-7 years of experience with Excel (VBA, pivot tables, advanced calculations, data visualizations)
  • Proficient in SQL
  • Ability to scope data ingestion requirements for ETL
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, Eloqua, Google Analytics and other marketing analytics tools

  • Adobe Analytics
  • Experience in building or maintaining a Marketing Attribution Mode
