Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service & Validation Specialist, where you'll play a crucial role in representing our company and supporting our technical operations. Join us in a role that blends customer interaction with technical validation, making a direct impact on our company's success and customer satisfaction.

Position Details

  • Type: Full-time
  • Schedule: Hybrid (in-office Tuesday/Wednesday)
  • Work Days: Monday - Friday
  • Hours: 40 hours per week
  • Compensation: $19.23/hr + 5% annual bonus

What you will do

  • Project a professional company image through interactions via phone, chat, and email.
  • Identify, document, and report trends in customer calls to supervisors.
  • Conduct research on customer organizations and verify contact details online.
  • Handle pre-sales and customer inquiries through phone, email, and live chat.
  • Analyze validation test data to ensure systems or processes meet criteria and identify root causes of issues.
  • Coordinate validation testing implementation and scheduling with relevant departments.
  • Study product characteristics and customer requirements to determine validation objectives and standards.
  • Maintain databases for tracking validation activities, test results, and validated systems.

What you will have

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1 year of experience in customer service.
  • Proficient in using computers and communicating via phone and email.
  • Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with strong time management abilities.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service role within the tech industry.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft products and other relevant software or applications.
