Job Summary
Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for empowering sales teams to excel? The Sales Enablement Director will lead a team to build and deliver enablement programs focused on Global and Regional needs. In this role, you will lead a dedicated team to design and implement high impact enablement programs that align with DigiCert's mission and vision. You will collaborate with the AMS leadership team to ensure our sales force is equipped with the knowledge, tools and strategies they need to succeed. You will play a key role in shaping the future of our sales organization, driving change that will have a lasting impact. What you will do
- Lead and Inspire: Build and manage a high-performing team of Enablement Managers. Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement to drive exceptional results.
- Develop and Execute Programs: Create comprehensive onboarding and ongoing enablement programs that address both global and regional needs. Ensure these programs are aligned with the company’s mission, sales plays, processes, methodologies, and tools.
- Coach for Success: Provide hands-on coaching to sellers and sales leaders, empowering them to achieve and exceed their goals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with marketing, sales, SE, and other enablement teams to create a cohesive Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy that resonates with our field teams.
- Strategic Alignment: Work in alignment with Global Vice Presidents (GVPs) in each region to ensure enablement initiatives support regional and global sales strategies.
- Content Development: Oversee the creation and delivery of impactful sales enablement content. Cultivate strong relationships with sales leadership and top performers to identify opportunities for skills development and process improvements.
What you will have
- Experience: A minimum of 7+ years in sales enablement or operations, with significant leadership and management experience. You have a proven track record of mentoring both senior and junior team members, driving their professional growth and success.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and contribute to a high-performance culture.
- Expertise: Deep knowledge of modern onboarding and ongoing enablement programs, coupled with experience in solution selling. You have a knack for simplifying complex topics and making them accessible to diverse audiences.
- Communication Skills: Engaging presentation and coaching style with the ability to communicate effectively in both small and large group settings. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are a must.
- Technical Proficiency: Working knowledge of sales effectiveness and enablement tool stacks. You are comfortable engaging with company executives and can navigate high-level discussions with ease.
- Results-Driven: Demonstrated sense of urgency in meeting reporting deadlines and achieving results. You are committed to making a tangible impact on the organization.
