Job summary
We are looking for a Senior Campaign Marketing Manager to join our Campaigns and Initiatives Team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth from owning the strategy through execution of priority programs. Working across the organization, and with regional teams and third-party vendors, you will be responsible for ensuring integration across all touch points and evaluating effectiveness. You will utilize data to derive insights that both inform campaign direction, as well as drive increased engagement and pipeline.
What you will do
- Build and implement global, integrated demand generation programs, including digital media, email, social, SEO, content, and other elements.
- Write project briefs that supports objectives and clearly defines KPIs.
- Work with creative team to produce assets that drive engagement.
- Drive collaboration across marketing organization in support of integrated program.
- Develop hypotheses-based test plans that optimize performance.
- Responsible for driving programs to meet a pipeline goal for a specific solution area.
- Optimize budget across various campaign levers.
- Understand and solve for varying needs on a global and regional level.
- Drive alignment with Sales in the planning process and ensure buy-in on strategy.
- Report on efficacy of programs in increasing engagement, along with key insights and opportunities for improvement.
- Work cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Sales, Business Intelligence, and across Marketing to deliver programs and understand business impact.
What you will have
- 8+ years of experience driving strategic marketing programs that build brands using paid, earned, shared, and owned levers.
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, communications, or relevant field.
- A passion for technology, software, and/or security.
- Experience driving successful account-based marketing programs.
- Global integrated campaign experience, primarily demand generation campaigns.
- Knowledge of marketing automation (Eloqua) and CRM systems (Salesforce.com).
- Customer-first mindset that solves for “right for me” solutions and communications.
- Excellence in execution, with an eye for detail and on-brand communications.
- Ambitious self-starter with a can-do attitude, who can take ownership of their programs with little direction.
- Experience in developing cross-functional relationships within a matrixed environment.
- Strong problem solving, program management, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience working within the software security space targeting CISOs and DevOps personas is a plus.
