Job summary

As a Sales Development Program Analyst Intern, you'll gain experience in both traditional SDR responsibilities and the strategy behind high-performing follow-up programs. In addition to hands-on learning in outbound and inbound sales development, this role places a strong focus on analyzing and optimizing follow-up sequences from key programs and events, developing enablement strategies for sales outreach, and collaborating with product marketing and enablement teams to drive measurable impact.

What you will do

SDR Strategy & Optimization (50%):

  • Analyze performance of inbound follow-up sequences from marketing programs and events
  • Identify low-performing areas (e.g., lack of engagement or conversion), recommend and implement optimizations
  • Work with Product Marketing to improve messaging and content strategy
  • Collaborate with the Enablement team to ensure effective sales engagement strategy and training
  • Update sequences and messaging using performance data to boost conversion rates
  • Track and report on improvements (e.g., meetings booked, opportunities created)

Sales Development Fundamentals (50%):

  • Research potential customer organizations, industries, and buyer personas to identify and enrich prospect data
  • Learn internal SDR workflows, processes and tooling to execute campaign outreach and analysis
  • Conduct outbound calls and follow up on inbound leads to generate new business opportunities
  • Participate in targeted lead generation campaigns
  • Accurately log leads and interactions in CRM systems
  • Collaborate with SDRs and territory sales teams to support pipeline development

What you will have

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field (Junior or Senior standing preferred)
  • Interest in marketing, sales operations, or revenue enablement
  • Professional, clear communication and strong interpersonal skills
  • Analytical and detail-oriented mindset, with a passion for optimization
  • Prior customer-facing or sales/marketing experience a plus
  • Coachable, self-motivated, and curious
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce, Outreach, or similar tools is a plus

Requirements

  • Availability for a full-time, 40-hour per week internship commitment (Hybrid – 2 days in office, Tuesday/Wednesday)
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to both strategic and tactical aspects of a high performing SDR organization

Learning opportunities (Based on Business Need):

  • Future internship extension within the SDR org
  • Potential transition to a full-time SDR role
