As a senior technical writer on the Product Content team, you will own and deliver complex documentation projects across our digital trust products. You will collaborate closely with Product UX, Product Management, Engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure our content is technically accurate, intuitive, user-focused, and aligned with product goals.

What you will do
- Author and publish customer-centric content for our digital trust software products.
- Manage complex documentation projects, including driving documentation project planning with engineering and product teams, with a focus on maintaining high standards for clarity, consistency, accuracy, and timeliness.
- Collaborate with product stakeholders to assess content (UX and Documentation) requirements and drive content innovation while ensuring consistency among processes and expectations.
- Use data analytics and customer insights to monitor our content performance and to drive content improvements.
- Help us continually improve our authoring guidelines and processes.
- Communicate with management and project stakeholders, keeping them informed of project status, including conflicts and resolution plans.
What you will have
- 7+ years of technical writing experience, including owning end-to-end documentation for complex software or platform products.
- In-depth knowledge of the content development lifecycle, including identifying and understanding the content needs of the audience, gathering information, interviewing SMEs, testing the product, and conducting research.
- Proven ability to lead high-impact documentation projects independently and manage multiple competing priorities.
- Strong technical depth and understanding of software development practices, system architecture concepts, APIs, and developer workflows.
- Demonstrated experience producing clear, accurate, UX-aligned content for technical audiences.
- Expertise in the content development lifecycle, including user analysis, planning, SME interviews, validation, and iterative improvement.
- Strong ability to influence cross-functional partners and communicate complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
- Comfortable using data and analytics to assess content performance and guide improvements.
- Hands-on experience with GitHub or other versioning platforms.
- Experience working with Confluence, Jira, and CMS tools; experience resolving tool issues or improving workflows is a plus.
- Experience documenting APIs or supporting developer documentation is a plus.
- Experience delivering onboarding or in-product guides (e.g., Pendo) is a plus.
- Experience creating video tutorials or walkthroughs is a plus.
- Coding familiarity is a plus, especially for validating examples and understanding developer workflows.
Benefits
- Generous time off policies
- Top shelf benefits
- Education, wellness and lifestyle support
