Job summary

As a Full Stack Developer, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React on the frontend and Go or Java on the backend. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions, participate in code reviews, and contribute to architectural decisions.

What you will do

  • Build and maintain responsive user interfaces with React.
  • Develop robust backend services and APIs using Go or Java.
  • Integrate frontend and backend components for seamless user experiences.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers.
  • Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices.

What you will have

  • 5+ years backend engineering (Java or Go)
  • Strong data structures, algorithms, concurrency, and distributed systems knowledge
  • Proven system design experience (scalability, reliability, APIs)
  • Experience with relational databases, caching, messaging (Kafka)
  • CI/CD, automated testing (unit, integration), version control (Git)
  • Observability: logging, metrics, tracing (e.g., New Relic, Splunk)
  • Secure coding, performance tuning, and best practices mindset
  • Knowledge of Kubernetes, Helm, service meshes
  • Effective communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills

Nice to have

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and infrastructure as code
  • Event‑driven architecture and streaming patterns
  • Experience with feature flags, blue/green or canary deployments
  • Open-source contributions or technical blogging
