Position Overview:
As a Dynamics 365 Administrator at our company, you will be instrumental in managing, maintaining, and optimizing our Dynamics 365 environments. This role encompasses supporting Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement and CRM, PROs Smart CPQ, and using Workato as an iPaaS solution to integrate Dynamics CRM with NetSuite ERP. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the efficient operation of these applications, working closely with various teams to gather business requirements, and deploying solutions that improve both efficiency and effectiveness. This position requires a deep understanding of Dynamics 365 modules, superior problem-solving skills, and strong communication abilities to interact effectively with all organizational levels.

Responsibilities:

  1. System Configuration and Customization:
    • Configure, customize, and maintain Dynamics 365 applications in line with business needs. Tasks include updating entities, workflows, business rules, and security roles.
    • Extend capabilities to include customization of PROs Smart CPQ to fit enterprise pricing models and configurations.
  2. User Management:
    • Handle user accounts, security roles, and permissions within Dynamics 365. Provide comprehensive training and support to maximize platform utilization.
  3. Data Management:
    • Manage tasks related to data integration, migration, and cleansing primarily within Dynamics 365, and extending to integration flows involving NetSuite ERP via Workato.
  4. System Monitoring and Maintenance:
    • Monitor performance, troubleshoot and resolve issues, and apply updates, patches, and enhancements to ensure system reliability and efficiency.
  5. Custom Development:
    • Work collaboratively with developers to create custom solutions, plugins, and extensions tailored to specific business needs.
  6. Integration Management:
    • Oversee the integration of Dynamics 365 with other business applications, particularly focusing on seamless data integration between Dynamics CRM and NetSuite ERP through Workato.
  7. Reporting and Analytics:
    • Utilize Power BI, native CRM reporting, and other tools to develop, maintain, and manage reports and dashboards that deliver insights into system usage and business performance.
  8. Documentation and Training:
    • Develop and maintain thorough documentation regarding system configurations, processes, and best practices. Conduct training sessions to enhance stakeholder understanding and effective use of Dynamics 365 features.

Required Skills & Education:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Certifications: Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification highly preferred.
  • Experience:
    • Extensive experience in administering Dynamics 365 applications, especially the CRM and Customer Support modules.
    • Proven ability in configuring and customizing Dynamics 365, PROs Smart CPQ, and utilizing Workato for system integrations.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong command of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills, adept in collaboration across functions.
  • Methodology Acumen: Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies beneficial.
  • Adaptability: Capable of adjusting to new business requirements and technology shifts within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
  • Integration Expertise: Hands-on experience with Workato is a plus.
