Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Techno-Functional Consultant with expertise in Infor to support our Japanese clients and projects from our Tokyo office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both technical development and functional understanding of Infor applications, with project management experience being an added advantage.

Responsibilities

 Provide technical and functional support to Japanese clients using Infor applications.

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand client requirements.

 Customize, configure, and administer Infor applications to meet client needs.

 Participate in project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring timely completion and client satisfaction.

 Conduct system installations, upgrades, and maintenance as needed.

 Develop and maintain documentation related to system configurations, customizations, and project plans.

 Provide training and support to clients and internal teams as required.

 Stay updated with the latest developments in Infor technologies and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Education

 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Logistics, or a related field.

 4+ years of experience in Infor development and implementation.

 Strong expertise in Infor LN, Infor M3, or other relevant modules.

 Experience in project management will be highly advantageous.

 Proficiency in customization, administration, and installation of Infor applications.

 Solid understanding of finance or logistics processes and best practices.

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with teams across different locations.

 Fluency in Japanese language will be an advantage.
