Position Overview
The Director of Intellidealer Professional Services will lead high-performing teams of professionals, including trainers, consultants and technical experts, efficiently allocating resources to projects based on skills, expertise, and project requirements. While ensuring that our services are aligned with our clients' objectives, this leader will also identify opportunities to expand service offerings or enhance existing services to meet changing client needs.
Responsibilities
- Establish leading indicators on utilization billable teams and skills needed to serve our clients to manage resources and effectively hire
- Understand the client’s project expectations to align our implementation strategies and define mutually agreed upon statements of work
- Collaborate with the revenue office to support pre-sales efforts and ensure a smooth handoff from sales to the project team
- Establish and maintain quality standards for service delivery to scale processes and deliver business outcomes
- Model effective communication between different departments, ensuring alignment on goals and strategies
- Partner with Product Development and Support teams to ensure a unified approach to client engagement and service delivery
- Continuously improve implementation methodologies to advance the quality and efficiency for our clients
- Focus on improving the current project profitability baseline year after year
Required Skills & Education
- Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 7+ years of experience in professional services within a software or technology services delivering complex solutions and detailed project budgeting
- 7+ years of leadership experience inspiring and developing talent to achieve business objectives
- Client Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Operational Excellence: A keen eye for operational efficiency, process optimization, and risk management; proven experience in standardizing processes, implementing tooling, and managing KPI reporting
- Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication both internally and with clients is crucial; the ability to work effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
- Problem-Solving: The capability to identify and solve complex problems in a dynamic business environment; strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically
- Financial Acumen: The ability to manage budgets, forecast financial performance, and contribute to revenue growth
- Experience creating board level materials related to company and departmental objectives
- Experience delivering ERP solutions is a plus
