Position Overview
As a Dynamics 365 Developer at our company, you will be integral to designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the Dynamics 365 platform to meet organizational needs. This role involves developing and deploying custom solutions, workflows, plugins, and integrations using PowerApps and React to effectively address specific business requirements. This role requires a solid understanding of Dynamics 365 modules, excellent problem-solving abilities, and strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Development and Customization: Design and implement custom solutions, workflows, and plugins within Dynamics 365 to address specific business needs.
- Integration: Develop and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 and other systems using APIs, Power Platform, and Azure services.
- System Configuration: Configure Dynamics 365 modules, including Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service, to align with organizational requirements.
- Troubleshooting and Support: Identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues related to Dynamics 365 applications.
- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for customizations, configurations, and development efforts.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and end-users, to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Upgrades and Enhancements: Assist with system updates, patches, and new feature rollouts to ensure optimal system performance.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct testing to ensure deliverables meet functional and technical specifications.
Required Skills & Education
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 4-7 years of hands-on development experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, including customization and configuration.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Proficient in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS.
- Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Knowledge of Azure services such as Logic Apps and Azure Functions.
- Familiarity with SQL Server and data integration tools.
- Proven ability in developing and customizing Dynamics 365 using Workflows, Plugins, PowerApps, Power Automate
- Proven ability in configuring and customizing Dynamics 365, CPQ, and system integrations.
- Certifications: Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are a plus.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
Teamwork: Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
