Position Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Senior Executive Analyst to support our COO (USA-based) and other C-Suite leaders (CXOs & EVPs) in India.

This role is not a traditional Executive Assistant position. Instead of focusing primarily on administrative tasks, the incumbent will play a key role in data analysis, reporting, and decision support for executive leadership. Due to the highly technical nature of our leadership’s work, the individual must be able to work independently, analyzing data, preparing reports, and creating executive-level presentations with minimal supervision.

The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills and maintain the highest level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.

Given the need to coordinate with a U.S.-based executive, the role will require work schedule alignment with Eastern Standard Time (EST). Regular work time for this position will be 2 PM to 11 PM IS

Responsibilities

This role exists to support the COO and other C-Suite leaders with preparation and presentation of data, reporting & presentations (PPTs), coordination with internal and external teams, and streamlining of operations.

The role will entail:

Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Independently analyze, manage, and present data to support decision-making.
  • Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for leadership.
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and PowerPoint presentations for executive meetings.

Executive Support & Coordination:

  • Facilitate collaboration, follow-ups, and execution of leadership priorities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Finance, HR, Operations) to ensure smooth execution of initiatives.
  • Tracking budgets and preparing reports around performance against budgets for the executive leaders (Power BI knowledge will be a huge plus for this)
  • Managing executive travel
  • Handle communication with internal and external stakeholders to consolidate agendas and briefing materials before meetings.
  • Record key action items from leadership meetings and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Schedule and manage internal and external meetings across multiple geographies and time zones.

Required Skills & Education

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and collaboration tools (SharePoint, Outlook).
  • Strong analytical and business acumen – ability to interpret data, create insights, and support executive decision-making.
  • Ability to coordinate across multiple time zones and locations.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • High adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, high-pressure executive environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a tier-1 consulting firm, PE portfolio company, or high-growth startup.
  • Strong familiarity with USA business operations, leadership expectations, and corporate culture. (Candidates with prior international work experience in the USA or substantial USA business exposure will be preferred.)
