Roles and Responsibilities:

· Creates and processes monthly journal entries pertaining to accrual, Prepaid and other reclass and maintains prepaid/deferred schedules.

· Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.

· Preparing and posting standard, non-standard and adjusting journal entries.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and improve financial

· Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

· Preparing supporting schedules and account reconciliations on balance sheet and income statement line items.

· Provide support in the month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure timely financial reporting.

· Coordinating with internal and external auditors. Act as primary point of contact for auditor requests

· Ensuring compliance with accounting principles, company procedures, and regulatory requirements

· Identifying and resolving discrepancies in financial entries, reports, and summaries

· Assisting in the development and implementation of policies, and procedures

· Tax Compliance -GST/TDS

· Preparation of various Fixed Assets related schedules like Asset Schedules, Lease Related Schedules

Required skills:

· Accounting Degree – CA with 2–3-years’ experience / 6-7 years’ experience for MBA/M Com/CA Inter

· Experience in ERP is an added advantage, preferably NetSuite

· Proficient in MS office applications

· Good written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills

· Proactive and well organised

· Ability to work independently and as well as in a team

· Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure the accuracy of financial records.
