Position Overview-
The incumbent supports the day-to-day financial operations of the organization by assisting with accounting activities, financial reporting, reconciliations, and compliance requirements. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate financial records, timely processing of transactions, and adherence to internal controls and company policies.
Responsibilities
- Financial accounting in ERP System and maintain accounting records.
- Entering Customer contracts in accounting system – Subscription Management.
- Invoicing to Customers.
- Cash application
- Supporting in Audit requirements, preparing MIS Reports.
- Filing of various reports with Regulatory authority, Accounting of monthly Revenue Recognition.
- Performing other work as and when assigned.
Required Skills & Education
With overall experience of at least two years in Accounting, must have Subscription management and customer billing experience for at least one year, good to have experience in Sales Tax, AP & US Accounting. Working knowledge of Oracle NetSuite will be an added advantage.
Qualification: B. Com. / M. Com / M.B.A. / Inter CA.
