Position Overview
VitalEdge Technologies is seeking a talented and seasoned Senior Leader to lead our sales efforts to the next level. As the head of our Australia sales organization, you will be responsible for building a team, driving growth, building and maintaining relationships with our current key clients, and developing and executing sales strategies. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing company and contribute to our success in the heavy equipment industry. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to reach sales targets for our Intellidealer DMS Solution, e-Empasys, or Integrated Rental platforms
- Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients; we’re here to stay
- Align value of our company products and services to new and existing clients with problems that we can solve
- Prospect and contact potential clients to create a sales pipeline
- Attend trade shows to promote products and interact with potential clients
- Monitor industry trends and product demand
- Build and then lead a high performing sales team
- Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams
Requirements:
- 5+ years of sales experience in ERP or DMS or industry related sales into targeted dealerships
- Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decision-making
- Experience developing target account strategies, sales plans, new business proposals, and negotiating pricing
- Capacity to manage various projects and to work tight deadlines
- Demonstrate goal-oriented business-to-business sales performance and success
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Good domain knowledge of the auto/heavy equipment industry a plus
