Position Overview
- As the Partner Integration Lead, you will be the primary orchestrator of the technical and functional synergy between our partners’ products and our own.
- Reporting directly to the VP of Partner Management, you will serve as the essential "bridge" connecting external partner teams with our internal Engineering and Product departments.
- Your mission is to ensure that all product interfaces and integrations are developed smoothly and delivered on time.
- While this is not a developer role, it requires a high degree of technical literacy to manage complex workflows and maintain strong partner relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Integration Coordination:
- Lead the end-to-end coordination of all technical interfaces between partner products and our platform.
- Act as the primary point of contact for partners during the discovery, development, and testing phases of an integration.
- Relationship & Communication Management:
- Maintain and cultivate deep technical relationships with partner counterparts to ensure long-term collaboration.
- Facilitate communication between the Partner’s product team and our internal Engineering/Product teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and executed.
- Translate technical milestones and "blockers" into clear business updates for the VP of Partner Management and other stakeholders.
- Project Management:
- Maintain and track project timelines, status reports, and documentation for all active integrations.
- Organize and lead regular "sync" meetings to keep all parties aligned on deliverables and deadlines.
- Support Coordination:
- Collaborate closely with the internal support team and external partners to ensure all issues, bugs, or escalations related to the interface are effectively triaged and resolved.
Required Skills & Education
- The "Translator" Skillset:
- Strong ability to understand technical concepts (APIs, data flows, system logic) and explain them to non-technical audiences.
- Experience in Project Management or Partner Operations, ideally in a software or technology-driven environment.
- Soft Skills:
- Exceptional organizational and coordination skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication (essential for managing international stakeholders).
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and risk mitigation.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in roles such as Partner Success, Technical Project Management, or Business Analyst.
- Proven track record of managing multi-stakeholder projects with high attention to detail.
