The Opportunity
As an Implementation Consultant, you will play a critical role in guiding customers through the successful transition to the IntelliDealer platform. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will configure solutions, lead client engagements, and ensure a seamless go-live experience that drives adoption, operational efficiency, and long-term success.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining technical expertise, business process understanding, and client-facing consulting to deliver meaningful outcomes.
What You’ll Do
Solution Implementation & Configuration
- Configure and customize IntelliDealer solutions based on client requirements and industry best practices
- Support both new customer onboarding and enhancements for existing clients
- Align system setup with operational workflows and business goals
Client Engagement & Consulting
- Lead client workshops and discovery sessions to gather requirements and align on solutions
- Guide customers through system functionality, workflows, and best practices
- Build strong relationships with client stakeholders, including business and operational leaders
Data Validation & Go-Live Readiness
- Facilitate validation of converted data, system configurations, and workflows
- Develop and execute test scenarios to ensure accuracy and readiness
- Support customers through go-live and transition from legacy systems
Post-Implementation & Continuous Improvement
- Conduct post-go-live follow-ups to drive adoption and satisfaction
- Identify optimization opportunities and recommend improvements
- Support long-term customer success through ongoing engagement
Project Coordination & Documentation
- Maintain accurate project documentation and implementation records
- Communicate progress, updates, and risks to internal teams and stakeholders
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Support, and Project Management teams

What You Bring
Required
- Experience implementing ERP, DMS, or enterprise software solutions
- Strong customer-facing consulting and communication skills
- Ability to translate business needs into system configurations
- Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with data, workflows, and business processes
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
Preferred
- Experience with IntelliDealer or similar dealer management platforms
- Heavy equipment, rental, or industrial industry experience
- Practical accounting or financial systems knowledge
- Experience with data tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, or similar)
Work Environment & Flexibility
- Works under general direction with a high degree of autonomy
- Opportunity to work in a fast-growing, evolving organization post-acquisition
- Travel up to 10%, as needed
- Occasional off-hours or weekend work with advance notice
