Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Process Technician for an on-site role located in Memphis, TN. The Process Technician will be responsible for monitoring manufacturing processes, performing troubleshooting activities, conducting quality control inspections, managing preventive maintenance tasks, and collaborating with teams to refine process engineering workflows. The role also includes training team members on operating procedures and ensuring that all processes comply with safety and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Troubleshooting and addressing process-related issues in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in Quality Control to ensure product compliance and adherence to strict standards and regulations.
- Knowledge of Process Engineering and a proactive approach to optimizing manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in Preventive Maintenance activities aimed at minimizing equipment downtime.
- Experience in Training team members on procedures, protocols, and equipment usage.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team environment.
- Familiarity with medical device manufacturing standards and regulations is a plus.
- Technical certifications or an associate degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Trouble shoots CNC machines, processes, and ancillary equipment. Performs and improves machine setup.
• Assists on the job training of production staff.
• Assists in process improvements to improve productivity
• Executes, coordinates, and verifies data on validation protocols
• Designs, prepares, repairs and improves fixtures
• Assists in cycle time studies and special tasks or assignments
• Runs tests with new equipment and assists in process and machine capability studies
• Creates and maintains machine programs
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, adhering to all safety guidelines
• Other duties as assigned
