For our site in Hölstein , we are looking for a NPI Project Manager 80-100% (a)
What We Are Looking For
- Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) projects from development transfer through industrialization and commercial production, ensuring achievement of project objectives related to quality, timeline, and budget
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across R&D, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, and customer organizations to ensure successful project execution and product launch
- Proactively identify project risks, challenges, and opportunities, and implement effective mitigation and contingency plans
- Establish and maintain alignment among internal and external stakeholders, providing transparent communication and regular project status reporting.
- Monitor and manage project performance, including schedule adherence, quality compliance, validation progress, and manufacturing readiness
- Coordinate validation and qualification activities in collaboration with Quality Assurance, ensuring compliance with applicable medical device regulations and industry standards
- Serve as the primary technical interface between customers and internal teams, facilitating the resolution of product, process, and manufacturing-related topics
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Medical Technology, or a related technical field
- Experience in Project Management in a quality regulated environment, preferably in the field of medical devices or diagnostics technology
- Strong project management skills with experience leading R&D projects in the MedTech sector
- Strong leadership skills and experience coordinating cross-functional teams
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Good communication skills and team oriented
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
