Job purpose

• Coordinate the work of all departments according to business requirement.
• Ensure the smooth delivery of products and improve customer satisfaction.

Areas of responsibility:

• Prepare, review, and present competitive and profitable quotes/proposals to clients, working closely with the finance and pricing teams to structure deals that align with commercial guidelines.
• Leads multi-projects (incl. new product project, global transferring project, etc.,) to achieve goals - timeline, budget, quality.
• Creates, updates, and monitors the project plan (incl. milestones and decision points) together with project team, defines work packages according to customers’ demands (what and when).
• Evaluate and identify project resource needs, including but not limited to project members, machine, direct labor, investment etc.
• Leads and facilitates project team meetings (incl. issuing of agenda, action items, meeting minutes).
• Leads and/or directs customer interaction and communication during the project phase, coordinates the flow of information from and to customers.
• Represents the project team by communicating the team’s opinion and proposals to management team and external customers.
• Identifies and mitigates any project risks.

Qualification:

• Excellent oral and written English is essential as the candidate will need to host conference calls with the global teams and customers
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering is preferred, have basic knowledge on machining process (turning, milling, grinding process etc.,)
• Minimum of 5 years of program/project management experience in international companies; PMP certification is a plus
• Medical device industry is preferred
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills needed to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work across cross-functional groups
• Hands-on and Detail orientated
• Demonstrate the ability to think critically and collaboratively to solve project roadblocks
