Job role: Senior Payroll Administrator

Location: Hybrid – New Milton office

Hours: Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week

Contract Type: 6 Months Fixed Term Contract

Emeria UK operates in the residential real estate sector through its operating brands of FirstPort, Innovus, Knight Square and Campions. As the Senior Payroll Administrator you will be contributing to Emeria’s vision to be the leader of residential real estate services in the UK & Ireland.

As Senior Payroll Administrator you will contribute to our vision to be the leader of residential real estate services in the UK & Ireland by:

  • Having responsibility for ensuring accurate and timely delivery of expenses and weekly pay-runs

This role reports to the Payroll and Systems Manager.

Main Responsibilities

  • Providing support for the monthly payroll process e.g. processing Starters, Leavers and Job Changes
  • Completing auditing checklists
  • Manual payroll data entry e.g. maternity / paternity, court orders
  • Providing support for dealing with Accounts Queries
  • Providing support for the overpayments process
  • Managing queries that are received in the Payroll inbox

Skills and Experience

  • A good overall education to ‘A’ Level/NVQ Level 3 or 4 standard or equivalent (to include English & Maths)
  • Previous Payroll experience preferred but not essential
  • Microsoft Excel to intermediate level
  • Flexible and logical approach to issues and processing
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Itrent experience or a similar integrated HR/Payroll software package
