Job role: Payroll Administrator
Location: Hybrid New Milton
Hours: 35 hours per week Monday to Friday - 6 months FTC
Emeria UK operates in the residential real estate sector through its operating brands of FirstPort, Innovus, Knight Square and Campions. As the Payroll Administrator you will be contributing to Emeria’s vision to be the leader of residential real estate services in the UK & Ireland.
As Payroll Administrator you will contribute to our vision to be the leader of residential real estate services in the UK & Ireland by:
Key Accountabilities
- Having responsibility for ensuring accurate and timely delivery of expenses and weekly pay runs
- Manage email queries
- Manual Payroll data input e.g Maternity/Paternity, court orders
- Preparing and raising any adhoc payments
Experience
- Previous payroll experience preferred but not essential, experience of working in a payroll environment or customer service and have a good understanding of payroll related issues.
- Attention to detail
- Being flexible and logical in your approach to issues and processing means you are able to work efficiently under pressure.
- Communication comes naturally to you, and you are intermediate at MS Excel.
