Job Role

We are seeking a highly organised and driven Mortgage Retention Club Manager to lead a high-performing team dedicated to maintaining and growing long-term client relationships. You will oversee a team of 5 Mortgage Advisers and work alongside a proactive Customer Support team, ensuring the delivery of outstanding client service, consistent review processes, and revenue generation targets. A level of revenue will also be expected from yourself. Ideally, we would also like an adviser with a strong track record in protection sales.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in mortgage or financial services, ideally in a retention or client management environment.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Highly organised with excellent time management and coordination skills.
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems and performance reporting tools.
  • CeMAP or equivalent qualification
