Are you a seasoned design leader passionate about creating exceptional user experiences? We are looking for a highly skilled and innovative Lead Product Designer to join our dynamic team. In this key leadership role, you will be pivotal in shaping our product design vision and strategy, driving creative excellence, and leading a talented design team.

We are a forward-thinking company that likes to deliver new features and is passionate about keeping ahead of the competition. Every day is different, and you will be challenged to think creatively and innovate within a multi-disciplined team of talented people. We’re a great bunch of people to work with, seriously committed to doing our best work, and we value individuals who can work well as part of a team.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and communicate the product design vision, strategy, and goals, aligning them with the overall business objectives.
  • Build and maintain a well-documented design system according to design philosophy.
  • Apply a deep understanding of web design principles (HTML, CSS) and mobile design principles (Material Design, HIG) to create interfaces that are not only visually appealing but also technically feasible and optimised for various devices.
  • Conduct and oversee user research activities to gain a deep understanding of the target users, their needs, and pain points. Use insights from research to inform the design process and validate design decisions.
  • Build, lead, mentor, and inspire a design team, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
  • Work closely with developers, product managers, and support teams for seamless collaboration throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Continuously validate the delivery of design decisions and be proactive, ensuring the design philosophy is followed.
