We are looking for a demand generation leader to come and lead our global marketing efforts across our entire suite of products, sitting closely with our leadership team in London in close collaboration with our regional Go-To-Market teams. In this role, you will be responsible for pipeline generation from new and existing customers, setting a global and local strategy across digital channels, events, and partnerships. The right candidate will have a strong track record of international success in B2B SaaS, building and leading a high-performing team, influencing Go-To-Market teams and leadership, and setting and executing an innovative and data-driven marketing strategy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop & Execute Strategy: Design and implement a comprehensive demand generation strategy that aligns with revenue objectives.
  • Campaign Ownership: Oversee multi-channel demand generation campaigns, including email marketing, paid advertising, content marketing, and account-based marketing (ABM) to drive top-of-funnel activity.
  • Lead Nurturing & Conversion: Develop lead nurturing programs using marketing automation, personalized content, and retargeting strategies to move prospects through the funnel and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Team Leadership: Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing demand generation team in each region while collaborating with sales, branding, and product marketing teams to ensure alignment and execution.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Utilize analytics platforms (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) to track and analyze campaign performance.
  • Sales Alignment: Work closely with the sales team to ensure quality lead handoff, provide feedback loops, and maintain ongoing communication to adjust strategies as needed.
  • Customer Acquisition & Retention: Focus on new customer acquisition, upsells, cross-sells, and customer retention through strategic campaigns to increase customer lifetime value.
  • Budget Management: Manage the demand generation budget, optimizing for efficiency and ensuring cost-effective campaigns while delivering a high-quality pipeline.
