With over 3,500 students currently enrolled, you will spearhead the communication of the biggest IB Diploma Programme school in the world made possible by leading educators and powered by state-of-the-art tech. You will play an integral role in realising our mission in building a truly global classroom experience, helping students develop future-ready skills, and supporting schools globally in expanding their curriculum and solving teacher recruitment challenges.

We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented B2B Marketing Manager to drive our marketing efforts, promoting our online education to schools and educational institutions, to generate leads and drive online course enrolments. You will be the Marketing Manager at Pamoja. As the first and only IB approved online course provider, Pamoja has spent over 10 years perfecting the development and delivery of high quality IB DP online courses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with our Head of Marketing, Online Schools to support the development of marketing strategies, then utilise experience to execute B2B marketing strategies and plans, to drive lead generation
  • Collaborate closely with the internal Pamoja sales, business development, schools services and academic teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and support lead nurturing and client acquisition.
  • Develop and lead multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital platforms, including email marketing, SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing, tailored to schools and educators, with the support of the digital marketing team.
  • Analyse market trends and insights to create compelling, targeted campaigns that appeal to school administrators, heads of departments, and key decision-makers.
  • Brief and manage internal and external digital marketing specialists and creative professionals, including content creators, videographers, and designers, to produce impactful marketing materials.
  • Manage event programmes internationally, to ensure engagement with both existing schools and prospects, ensuring awareness, loyalty and quality lead generation.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools to ensure key KPIs (leads, engagement, conversions, and ROI) are met or exceeded.
  • Lead content development efforts such as case studies, whitepapers, brochures, and thought leadership pieces to showcase our solutions' value to schools and parents.
  • Oversee partnerships with external marketing agencies to enhance campaign delivery and expand our reach within the education sector.
  • Optimise the marketing budget to ensure cost-effective campaigns and maximise ROI.
