Sales Enablement Manager

The Sales Enablement Manager designs and leads the enablement strategy for the Global Markets (revenue) team at Faria. This role is responsible for developing and executing learning initiatives, training programs, and coaching frameworks that enhance sales performance. Partnering closely with sales leadership, marketing, and product teams, the manager will build and drive impactful enablement solutions that accelerate revenue growth and success across all regions.
Job Responsibilities
- Design and lead comprehensive onboarding programs and ongoing training curricula for sales & client experience teams globally
- Develop and execute coaching frameworks, role-play programs, and skill development workshops
- Own the sales enablement content strategy and maintain the central resource hub for sales tools and best practices
- Lead cross-functional enablement initiatives between sales, marketing, and product teams
- Build and deliver product training programs that drive deep product knowledge and consultative selling skills
- Create high-impact enablement materials (battle cards, product sheets, playbooks, process guides)
- Design and facilitate knowledge-sharing programs and best practice exchanges across regions
- Lead enablement strategy for new product launches and process rollouts
- Manage relationships with external training providers and coordinate guest expert sessions
- Own the design and execution of sales kickoffs, certification programs, and major training events
- Partner with sales leadership to develop coaching capabilities across the management team
- Establish metrics and reporting to measure the enablement program effectiveness and ROI
- Drive continuous improvement of enablement programs based on feedback and performance data
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5-7 years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or learning & development roles
- Proven track record in designing and executing enablement programs that drive measurable business results
- Strong instructional design skills with the ability to create compelling training content
- Excellent facilitation and coaching skills with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences
- Experience managing enablement programs across multiple time zones and regions
- Strategic thinking with strong program management and execution capabilities
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build credibility with sales leadership
- Comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and leading large group sessions
- Self-directed with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders independently
- Data-driven approach to measuring program impact
- EdTech or SaaS enablement experience strongly preferred
- A coaching certification or a formal training background is a plus
