Product Marketing Manager (ManageBac+)

Reporting to the Head of Product Marketing, the Product Marketing Manager will support the go-to-market strategy, positioning, and messaging for ManageBac+ (our market-leading LMS) with a strong focus on IB workflows. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, showcasing the impact of ManageBac’s features, ensuring schools understand the value, and driving adoption through compelling GTM campaigns.
The ideal candidate will have education domain expertise (International Baccalaureate strongly preferred) who is excited to grow their product marketing craft. They will develop compelling, audience-focused content (landing pages, blogs, emails, social media posts) and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, client experience, demand generation, and web/design, to drive product awareness, engagement, and customer satisfaction.
Strong copywriting skills and a knack for creating persuasive product narratives and value propositions that address customer pain points are equally desirable. Former educators with IB or international curriculum experience are especially encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Own positioning and messaging for key ManageBac capabilities
- Partner closely with Product to translate features into clear value narratives
- Lead GTM execution for launches, including webinars, content, enablement, and campaigns
- Shape target personas, success metrics, and messaging priorities
- Surface product constraints, trade-offs, and roadmap context clearly for GTM teams
- Act as the voice of educators in product and marketing discussions

- Clear, consistent messaging across launches and campaigns
- Strong alignment between Product, PMM, Sales, and CE
- GTM efforts grounded in product reality and school calendars
- Increasing confidence across teams in how ManageBac+ is positioned
Must Haves
- Hands-on experience in international education environments (IB strongly preferred; Cambridge / Pearson acceptable)
- Strong written and verbal communication in English
- Structured thinker who can turn ambiguity into clear recommendations
- Comfort working cross-functionally and managing competing inputs
- Curiosity and a learning mindset around product marketing best practices (mentorship will be provided)
Nice-to-Haves
- Direct experience using ManageBac or similar LMS tools
- Prior exposure to product marketing, education SaaS, or GTM roles
- Familiarity with educator communities, events, and peer networks
