Join Fintech as a Sales Operations Intern!
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Operations Intern to join our growing team. As a Sales Operations Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience with CRM tool, Salesforce, from onboarding new customers and collaborating with stakeholders to running reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily monitoring of incoming enrollments forms
- Reviewing enrollment forms for completeness and gathering any missing information
- Using multiple software programs to process enrollments
- Filing enrollment forms electronically on a shared drive
- Following up with internal colleagues to ensure that all enrollment issues are resolved, and forms are processed to completion.
- Adding notes and actions items into internal database
- Running daily, weekly and monthly reports in Salesforce and Excel
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Business degree or a related field.
- Anticipated graduation date in 2026 with readiness to join in a full-time capacity by Summer 2026
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus, but not required.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
