Join Fintech in Tampa, Florida as a Data Analyst!

We’re looking for a detail-driven Data Analyst to join our Data Governance & Quality team. In this role, you’ll be the guardian of our enterprise data, ensuring it’s accurate, consistent, and high-quality. You’ll work closely with teams across the organization to apply governance rules, monitor data health, and drive improvements that make our data more reliable and valuable. Essentials Functions:

• Ensure our data is accurate, complete, and consistent across systems.
• Apply governance and regulatory requirements in daily work.
• Monitor data quality, identify issues, and drive solutions.
• Define data quality standards and best practices.
• Build strong partnerships with internal and external teams.
• Anticipate needs, communicate proactively, and clarify complex situations.
• Mentor team members and champion inclusive collaboration.
• Lead cross-functional problem-solving efforts and process improvements.
• Balance quality with efficiency to meet business priorities.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in data governance, data quality, or related work.
• Strong knowledge of data definitions, metadata, governance, and regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to influence decisions and lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive mindset and comfort navigating ambiguity.
• SQL experience a plus.
