Highly proficient Account Executives will be tasked with building, moving and closing pipeline to achieve their quarterly objectives. This coachable and driven AE will report directly to the Sr. Director of Enterprise Sales to drive SBT sales net new business and expansion in key account sets under their ownership.
Having a hunter mindset this AE will take ownership of building deep expertise in the SBT space to drive value with prospects and customers and create meaningful pipeline. Experience managing a down funnel pipeline movement with great salesforce hygiene is an essential component to keep this AE’s pipeline in position to maintain a ~30% close rate to achieve their quarterly objectives.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or related roles
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision
• Exposure to full sales cycle management (from prospecting to closing) - Managing leads, qualifying prospects, and working through the sales cycle
• Learning to handle objections and overcome challenges
• Exposure to creating presentations and product demos - CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot)
• Prospecting and lead generation
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Basic negotiation skills
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Resilience in closing sales - Quota: $600-$900k
