We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Product & Strategy team. This is an exciting opportunity to work across the business, providing analysis, insights, and project support to help deliver strategic priorities. You'll collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, assist with commercial and operational analysis, and support the delivery of strategic initiatives — ensuring outcomes are on-scope, on-time, and on-budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyse business requirements to support strategic initiatives.
• Conduct thorough data analysis and prepare commercial and operational assessments for business cases.
• Identify and document clear, measurable success metrics for projects and initiatives.
• Prepare detailed documentation including business cases, business requirements, functional specifications, and reporting for management and Board-level stakeholders.
• Support project management activities, coordinating deliverables, and ensuring smooth project execution.
• Maintain strong, positive relationships across internal teams and third-party partners.
• Contribute to risk management and ensure compliance with operational and regulatory policies.
• Champion a culture of health, safety, and wellbeing, with a focus on mental health.

What you’ll bring:

• Practical, hands-on experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong track record of supporting strategic projects and initiatives.
• Solid skills in gathering and documenting business requirements and preparing clear, compelling business cases.
• Experience in commercial and operational analysis, with the ability to translate expected outcomes into measurable success metrics (e.g., ROI, payback period).
• Project management skills with proven experience delivering initiatives on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Strong relationship management and communication skills — able to build trust quickly, influence stakeholders, and collaborate across disciplines.
• Highly organised, detail-focused, proactive, and motivated by continuous improvement.
