As Finance Manager, you’ll be a trusted adviser and financial leader, ensuring our financial operations are robust, compliant, and forward-looking. You’ll oversee everything from financial reporting and controls to risk management and investment analysis—playing a critical role in driving performance and supporting strategic initiatives.

In this fixed-term role, you’ll be a key driver of our financial strength and strategic growth. You’ll lead the charge on financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and insight across everything from monthly accounts to board-level reporting. Your sharp eye for detail and big-picture thinking will help shape our financial strategy—whether it’s leading collaborative initiatives, the delivery meaningful insights through reporting, enhancing our financial control environment, or getting hands-on to streamline processes and drive results.

You’ll work closely with senior leaders, a range of internal and external stakeholders, and third-party providers to ensure our financial operations run smoothly and efficiently. From risk management to regulatory compliance, you’ll be at the forefront of keeping Fisher Funds financially fit, future-focused, and ready to seize new opportunities.

What You’ll Bring

• CA/CPA qualified with 5+ years’ experience in financial management or senior accounting roles.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge and experience with financial reporting, controls, and compliance.
• Proven ability to deliver insights that support strategic decision-making.
• Experience in financial services or a regulated environment is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
