About the role

Purpose – To grow the technical maturity of our delivery teams (internal & external) using technical expertise and leadership to embed development best-practice and optimise solution delivery.

Accountabilities:

• Representing development best-practice to both delivery teams and wider stakeholders.
• Presenting options and leading technical discussions with digital, business and 3rd-party teams.
• Developing less experienced delivery teams to optimise approaches and increase reliability.
• Overseeing the quality of the solutions that you and your teams are developing.
• Helping estimate and plan deliverables with the technology team.
• Fostering best practice approaches for agile software delivery.
• Raising concerns early and proposing new ways of overcoming barriers.
