The Opportunity – GM Corporate Finance & Investor Relations
Reporting through to the Group CFO, you will lead the Group’s corporate finance and investor relations activities. This includes leading M&A activity, capital structure advice, strategic financial initiatives, and development of a leading investor relations programme.
At the forefront of the company’s financial leadership, you will play a key role in shaping the company’s capital strategy, driving growth, and ensuring clear, compliant communication with the market. As a senior leader, the role advises the executive team and board on capital markets, investment opportunities, and long-term value creation.
Skill set and experience required to be successful
This highly influential position requires a seasoned corporate finance or investment banking professional, with proven experience in capital markets and investor relations within a listed company or advisory environment.
This role demands strong financial acumen, exceptional strategic insight, and the ability to communicate with clarity and conviction. You’ll be comfortable engaging in robust, constructive debate with senior stakeholders.
Experience working closely with executive teams and boards will be essential to your success in this role.
