About the Role:

We’re looking for a technically skilled and solutions-focused CRM Technical Specialist to join our Client Platforms team. You’ll optimise and enhance the technical aspects of our CRM systems to ensure platform reliability, data integrity, and seamless integration—ultimately supporting the delivery of exceptional client services.

You’ll work hands-on with internal teams and external partners to drive continuous improvement, implement system enhancements, and support end-users across our wider business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Influence the technical development, configuration, and support of our CRM platform, with a focus on Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with the CRM team to translate business needs into technical specifications and solutions.
  • Ensure safe and reliable deployment of updates and new features, minimising disruption to teams and customers.
  • Integrate CRM systems with other applications, SaaS products, and APIs in partnership with technical teams.
  • Maintain technical documentation including process flows, configuration guides, and training materials.
  • Provide expert support and troubleshooting for CRM users across locations.
  • Plan and execute system updates using best-practice deployment and communication strategies.
  • Stay current with CRM trends and recommend improvements to meet evolving user needs.

To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate the following Skills & Experience:

Technical Expertise

  • Proven experience configuring and customising Salesforce (objects, fields, flows, validation rules, page layouts, platform events, security settings).
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce CI/CD, system monitoring, and backup practices.
  • Experience with Data Cloud implementation and maintenance.
  • Familiarity with REST APIs, Snowflake, JavaScript, and AWS.
  • Skilled in CRM troubleshooting and resolution management.

Problem Solving Skills

  • Analytical thinker with the ability to break down complex problems and develop logical solutions.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to drive tasks independently.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams.

Stakeholder Management

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience building and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
