We’re on the lookout for passionate financial advisers to join our Managed Funds team as a Wealth Adviser, in our Auckland office!
This is a registered financial adviser position, and it is essential that applicants hold the New Zealand Certificate in Financial Services (Level 5) (Investment).
This role offers a fantastic opportunity to grow your financial advice career while making a meaningful impact on the lives of our clients. You’ll deliver personalised, goals-based investment advice to both new and existing clients, helping them make confident decisions to build their wealth and secure their futures.
As a key part of our Client team, you’ll be responsible for developing trusted, long-term relationships and driving new business opportunities. You’ll work closely with our Investment team and other internal partners to ensure our clients receive outstanding advice and service.
Key Responsibilities:- Delivering tailored, compliant investment advice and financial strategies
- Maintaining and growing a portfolio of clients through regular and proactive engagement
- Converting new opportunities into long-term client relationships
- Participating in events, seminars, and referral activities to drive acquisition
- Maintaining compliance with all regulatory and Fisher Funds requirements
- Working collaboratively across the business to support positive client outcomes
- New Zealand Certificate in Financial Services (Level 5) – Investment Strand – essential
- Registration on the Financial Service Providers Register (FSPR) as a financial adviser, or eligibility to be registered
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and influence
- A genuine passion for delivering great advice and service to clients
- Sound technical knowledge of investment products and regulatory obligations
- Proven ability to generate new business and grow a client base
